Stefan Huber has more than twenty-five years of experience in private banking at UBS, Credit Suisse and LGT. His focus is on alternative investment funds and UCITS, depositary matters, private placement life insurance and financing. He holds a B.Sc., an M.A. and an LL.M. in international taxation.

Gauthier Baron has built three single family offices in the last seven years and was head of the family office of an Eastern European family. His work covers family governance across several jurisdictions and services for ultra-high-net-worth families.

Fabrice Tischhauser, CFA
President of the Supervisory Board
Fabrice Tischhauser has more than thirty years of experience in regulated asset management, private banking, credit advisory and quantitative strategies. He worked at Allianz in Munich, LGT in Vaduz, Deutsche Bank and Coutts in Zurich before leading a Swiss asset manager for quantitative strategies. Owner and President of the Maiestas Group since 2023, he is responsible for the investment policy, the strategies and the research of Maiestas Asset Management. He holds the CFA charter and a bilingual master’s degree from ESC Bordeaux and FH Münster, and is a founding member of the Liechtenstein Society of Investment Professionals.
Christian Reinhardt

Christian Reinhardt has more than fifteen years of experience in private banking with a focus on entrepreneurs and executives, at Credit Suisse, where he co-led the Entrepreneurs & Executives desk in Zurich, at Julius Baer in international private banking and most recently as chief executive of a FINMA-licensed Swiss asset manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science of the École hôtelière de Lausanne and is a Certified Wealth Management Advisor.

Stephan Häberle
Member of the Supervisory Board
Stephan Häberle looks back on more than forty years in Swiss and Liechtenstein banking. He led the international private banking of LGT for Europe and Africa as a member of its general management, built the Austrian and Central European business of UBS Wealth Management International, and served as chief executive of Centrum Bank in Vaduz, of MediBank in Zug, of the Valartis Group and of Bank Alpinum in Liechtenstein, where he was also a board member of the Liechtenstein Bankers Association. Until 2024 he was a partner and member of the executive board of MBaer Merchant Bank. He is a member of the board of Maxwer Group AG, a graduate in business administration of the GSBA Zurich and of the Swiss Banking School.
