The Entrepreneurs & Executives Desk is the first point of contact for business owners and executives in the Maiestas Group. It is run jointly by Maiestas Services AG and Maiestas Asset Management AG: Christian Reinhardt, Head of the Desk, and Fabrice Tischhauser, President of the Group.
The Desk takes up your situation as a whole — business holdings, concentration risk, liquidity events, succession, private assets — and brings in the service of the Group that fits: corporate advisory here, asset management at Maiestas Asset Management AG, family office incubation where a family office is the answer.

Structuring
Holding companies, special-purpose vehicles, foundations, trusts, life insurance solutions and digital assets, each for a specific purpose. Private placement life insurance is implemented with a specialised partner.
Banking Set-up and Transaction Banking Support
Opening banking relationships for individuals, holdings and operating companies with banks in Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Austria; preparation of KYC and source-of-funds files; support with payments, currencies and bank enquiries, including blocked transactions. Maiestas never holds or transmits client funds; all payments are executed by your bank.
Credit and Corporate Finance Advisory
Financing against securities, real estate and other assets; acquisition and bridge financing; capital structure, valuation and preparation for sale; support in mid-market transactions. We advise and structure; the financing is provided by the bank or the investor.
Equity Sourcing and Co-Investments
Fundraising for companies at venture and private equity stage, and access to co-investment opportunities outside the stock market with like-minded families, only after due diligence and without any obligation to participate.
Succession Planning
Succession in the business and in the family: sale, management buy-out or handover within the family; participation programmes; concentration risk and liquidity events; separation of private and business assets.
Executive Position as a Service
When a role is missing before it is filled. Experienced partners take on a role in your structure for a limited period or permanently: chief executive or chief financial officer for a holding, a family office or an operating company; board and directorship mandates; interim chief investment officer or legal counsel for defined projects. Where we cannot fill a position ourselves, we search and select suitable specialists for the interim mandate. Each mandate has a clearly defined brief, budget and reporting line, and a replacement guarantee: if the lead consultant is unavailable, a partner steps in.
