Maiestas Services AG is the services company of the Maiestas Group. From Vaduz, we advise families, entrepreneurs and executives in two fields: we build and run family offices, and we advise on structure, banking, financing, capital and succession. One point of contact, everything from one source, in the logic of a family office.
Our services are advisory and not subject to licensing. Advisory is not asset management: we neither manage assets nor advise on individual investments. Asset management is provided by our sister company Maiestas Asset Management AG, which is licensed and supervised by the FMA Liechtenstein. Insurance, structuring and financing solutions are implemented with external, appropriately licensed partners. Maiestas never holds or transmits client funds.
Maiestas Services AG was founded to serve families and to offer dedicated services adjacent to wealth management, complementing the regulated asset management of Maiestas Asset Management AG. It is owned by the partners who sit at the table themselves.

We build your single family office and hand it over ready to operate. For families that do not need a family office of their own, we take on the function.
Corporate Advisory
Structure, banking, financing, capital and succession for entrepreneurs, executives and their companies. The Entrepreneurs & Executives Desk is the first point of contact.
How we charge
Advisory is remunerated by time or as a retainer, never by assets: an hourly or daily fee for defined projects, a monthly retainer for ongoing mandates, with a floor and a cap. Brief, scope and budget are agreed in writing before we start.
